Two-Arm Chest Press: Toe-Lunge Stance
			
		In toe-lunge stance, 
hands close to chest 
holding tubing, thumbs 
in. Extend arms forward, 
keeping elbows close 
to sides.
		Repeat with other 
leg forward.
